This exhibition series provides an overview of the female artists in Performance Art and Body Art, in order to place this movement in the context of contemporary art.

Presenting artworks of most important artists of the body and performance art, like Marina Abramović, Yoko Ono, Orlan, Sophie Calle, Cindy Sherman, Ana Mendieta, Orlan, Gina Pane, Charlotte Moorman, Valie Export and many others, the exhibitions put a spotlight on the historical memory linked to that particular period and bring closer to the dimension of corporeality as an instrument of expression and dialogue in art.
